myr66 Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and myr66 ("Company", "we", "platform"). By accessing, registering for or using any services provided through the myr66.one website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated here.

This Agreement takes effect from the date of your account registration or from the first date you access the platform, whichever is earlier. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of those amended terms.

2. User Eligibility

To use myr66 services, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of a third party.
• Not be on any list of individuals prohibited from using gambling services in your local jurisdiction.
• Not be enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account with myr66. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these terms.

You are responsible for:

• Updating your personal information should any changes occur.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the myr66 platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30.
• The minimum withdrawal for all payment methods is RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours after the request is approved.
• Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

myr66 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal. Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is permitted. Any attempt to transfer funds without valid wagering activity may result in withdrawal delays or rejection.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

myr66 offers various promotions to registered users. The welcome bonus for new members is 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300, subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value before any withdrawal can be made.

As a practical example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100 and your account balance becomes RM200. Your wagering requirement is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM800, the bonus received is RM300 (the maximum), making the balance RM1,100, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.

• Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the wagering requirements are met.
• myr66 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
• Misuse of promotions, including bonus hunting or using strategies intended to manipulate bonus conditions, may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

6. Game Rules

All games offered on the myr66 platform, including online slots, live casino, sportsbook and esports betting, each have their own game rules. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.

myr66 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness across all slot and table games. Game outcomes are final once determined. Any dispute regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 24 hours to the customer support team.

The platform reserves the right to suspend a game or void bets in the event of a technical fault, system error or significant irregularity. In such cases, affected bets will be returned to the user's account balance.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to use the myr66 platform for purposes that violate the law or these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using software, bots, scripts or automated methods to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other users to deceive the system or manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds through unauthorised payment methods or those belonging to another person.

• Threatening, harassing or behaving abusively towards staff or other users.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited.

myr66 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of involvement in suspicious activity and may suspend or terminate that account without prior notice while the investigation is ongoing.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

myr66 reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, falsification of information or illegal activity.
• A user's request for self-exclusion for responsible gambling reasons.
• Account inactivity exceeding the period set by platform policy.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or enforcement bodies.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email 24/7. Before the account is closed, all related bonus wagering requirements must be completed, or the bonus will be forfeited.

9. Liability Limit

myr66 provides an online gambling platform on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, myr66 is not liable for:

11. Law and Jurisdiction

myr66 operates under international licensing and complies with all applicable licensing requirements. This agreement is interpreted in accordance with the international licensing terms held by the platform.

Should any dispute arise relating to the use of the platform or these terms, users agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the myr66 support team via live chat or email. Our customer support is available 24/7 in Malay and English to help resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

If a resolution cannot be reached through internal support channels, the dispute may be referred to the arbitration body designated by the licensing authority. The decision of the arbitration body is final and binding on both parties.
